Acupuncture:
Acupuncture, a traditional Asian medicine, involves inserting needles into specific body points along Meridians. It's been practiced in Asia for over 3,000 years, with various styles. Points are determined based on twelve Meridians, six Yin, and six Yang, connected to our organs. Needles activate Qi and Blood flow, removing stagnation, pathogens, and tonifying deficiencies to aid healing.
Safe for babies, children, adults, and pregnant women.

Fire Cupping
Fire cupping is an ancient technique used for over 3,000 years by various traditional cultures. It involves placing cups on the skin, creating suction by briefly inserting fire and then removing it. The suction breaks capillaries, causing red or purple marks, especially in areas with more stagnation. The cup's suction strength is adjusted based on the patient's needs and comfort during treatment.

This method enhances blood flow to the targeted area and helps eliminate toxins from the body. It can effectively address pain, inflammation, and infections.

Moxibustion

Moxibustion involves burning mugwort on specific acupuncture points, a part of Traditional Chinese Medicine with numerous benefits. It warms and activates points and meridians, increasing blood flow, reducing pain, and promoting relaxation.

It's been used to alleviate pain and inflammation in conditions like arthritis and sprains. Additionally, it's commonly used for breech pregnancy, helping babies turn around naturally without medical intervention.
Gua Sha
Gua Sha is a Traditional Chinese Medicine technique involving brushing and scraping the skin using a Jade stone tool. It's applied to the body or face to address various issues, such as treating symptoms of illnesses and chronic pain, easing muscle tension, eliminating toxins, removing stagnation, and restoring the flow of blood and qi throughout the body.
