Accessibility

At Shakthi Vaidya we are committed to providing an inclusive and accessible environment for all individuals, including those with disabilities. We strive to remove barriers and ensure equal access to our services and facilities for everyone.

Facilities:
All of our clinic locations have ramps or elevators to ensure access to our facilities for individuals with mobility disabilities. We have designated accessible parking spaces and wheelchair accessible restrooms. We also have a patient transfer device for individuals who are unable to transfer from their wheelchair to an examination table.

Communication:
We will provide communication support for individuals with hearing or visual impairments. This may include written materials in alternate formats, American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation, and assistive listening devices.

Service Animals:
Service animals are welcome in our clinic. We ask that individuals with service animals inform us in advance so that we can accommodate their needs.

Assistive Devices:
We welcome the use of assistive devices by individuals with disabilities. We will also provide any necessary accommodations for individuals with disabilities to use their own assistive devices.

Training:
All of our staff receive training on accessibility and inclusivity, and we encourage feedback from our patients on how we can improve our accessibility policy.
